Hostel Cocone Kyoto Station

A rooftop terrace: The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop terrace. Sitting there, sipping on a drink from the bar, I felt like I was on top of the world, with a breathtaking view of Kyoto stretching out before me. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of the city.

The hostel had friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable bunk beds, and a convenient location near Kyoto Station. There were amenities like a private bath, hair dryer, bed lamps, and toiletries provided. the room had plenty of electrical sockets and free wifi, and the heater/air-con worked well. the hot water and warm toilet seat were especially appreciated during the cold weather.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Cocone in Kyoto. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, even with the language barrier. They had a voice recording translator that made communication easy between all languages. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. the check-in process was quick and smooth, and we felt warmly welcomed. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bunk beds and a private bathroom. the amenities provided, such as slippers, bed lamps, and toiletries, were all thoughtful touches. the room had plenty of electrical sockets and the heater/air-con worked well. Despite some occasional sounds from trains and sirens, it was relatively quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful stay. Cocone exceeded our expectations and made our time in Kyoto enjoyable.

My stay at Hostel Cocone was fantastic. I spent a few nights here and it was perfect for my travel purpose. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy community space. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. The location was convenient, with less than a 10-minute walk to the railway station. I had a great experience at this hostel and would highly recommend it.

The check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious, with enough room to unpack our luggage comfortably. They provided everything we needed, from bed lamps to toiletries. Plus, the free wifi and excellent heating kept us comfortable during the chilly weather.

There was no elevator in the hostel, which made it a bit challenging to carry our luggage to the room. the mattress was thin and not as comfortable as we would have liked.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the station, and the staff treated us well.

The guestrooms at Hostel Cocone Kyoto Station are simply amazing! They are beautifully furnished and make you feel at home instantly. As an old person, I appreciate the elegance and comfort they provide. I especially love having a desk in every room, perfect for writing postcards or jotting down memories of the trip.

While the bathrooms at Hostel Cocone Kyoto Station offer complimentary toiletries, I personally found them to be a bit lacking. However, I can see how others might still enjoy this feature.

The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials I needed. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the station and close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

In terms of breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have more variety.

I highly recommend this hostel for its excellent service and amenities.
